Wellness Retreat Sessions
Small group sessions are intentionally crafted around our four pillars, helping women regulate their nervous systems, experience deep calm and restoration, build positive self-worth, and heal from stress alongside horses and a supportive community of women.
Mindfulness - Learn to calm and focus the mind on the here and now, regulate the nervous system, reduce stress symptoms, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
Somatic Reset - Physical practices - gentle movement, breathing techniques - that help release built-up stress and tension, allowing women to feel calmer and more grounded.
The Benefits of Nature - Spending time in nature has many positive benefits on our physical and mental health. This healing environment serves as the home for our personal growth.
Relationships - Building relationships with horses and a supportive community of women fosters connection, trust, and emotional safety, helping women feel seen and supported.
What to expect in a session
You can expect to participate in a transformative session with horses surrounded by nature. You will experience the calm and grounding equine environment as the session begins with mindfulness techniques to prepare you for positive relational experiences with the horses. You can expect to interact with horses while conversation and reflection is facilitated. You will learn how to engage horses and how to build relationships with the horses you are drawn to. You will then integrate your learnings and insights from the session to carry the growth and realizations with you into your everyday life.
Sessions are intentionally kept small to cultivate safety, authenticity, and meaningful connection. Together, we explore somatic tools that support regulation—breathwork, sensory awareness, movement, and reflective moments with our equine partners. No prior horse experience is needed.
Sessions are held on a quiet, private farm where the pace slows and the nervous system can exhale. Home to four gentle horses and surrounded by wild birds, rabbits, and the soft hum of nature, the property offers a peaceful, grounding environment. Step away from stress and reconnect with calm, presence, and the natural world.
We offer a variety of retreat session formats, from one hour mini retreats, to full weekend immersions - we strive to make this work accessible to all women.
